Complaint process

After receiving the ADA Complaint Form, ADA协调员或其指定人员应及时召集ADA小组对投诉进行审查.  The team includes, but is not limited to, the Sr. 商业服务总监(或指定人员)、人力资源副总裁和ADA协调员. Additional members representing a specific, 与该情况相关的有资质的专业知识也可以包括在内. ADA团队将在做出决定之前从所有相关方收集信息. 投诉人也可以根据需要要求与《365bet足球比分》协调员会面.
